Sitting Up!

Sydney had been trying for days to sit up, suddenly it clicked this morning and now she is a pro! It's kind of funny though if she doesn't have anything in her hand she will raise her arms up and use them to balance with as she sways back and forth, it kind of looks like she is trying to fly. You can see the look of concentration on her face and she tries to focus on what she is doing! If you place a toy in front of her to play with she stops swaying and has no problems at all keeping her balance. Way to go Sydney!!


















Sydney had been doing so much lately it is so cute to watch her as she figures things out, my little baby is growing up!! Lately she is such a talker she will scream and babble all day long. She says Ba-Ba and Ma-Ma and Wa-Wa, sometimes she will shorten all her words, Bob and Mom are her favorites. Sydney was named after her Great-Grandpa Sidney Robert Banks, who often went by the name Bob. He died shortly before Sydney Jo was born, when she says Bob it reminds me of her sweet Grandpa Bob who we all miss so much!!
